Q: Can I send a shipment of pies and pralines as a gift?

A: We will ship to the address you request.  When checking out, please mention in the additional instructions area that you wish for the package recipient to be notified of whom placed their gift order.

Q: What hours is the Magazine street location open?

A: Online orders may be placed 24 hours a day, but our shop hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sundays from 12 Noon to 5:00 PM.

Q: Are Jambalaya and Gumbo available online?

A: Cajun and Creole specials from gumbo to jambalaya are not available for online orders, but are available at our retail location.  Please contact us for larger corporate and party orders if you will be picking up from our Magazine street location.

Q: How are pralines shipped?

A: Each praline is individually wrapped and the order is boxed.  Pralines are shipped Monday through Thursday, and typically arrive within 1-3 business days. 

Q: How long will pralines last?

A: Pralines do not have to be refrigerated, they have a shelf life of roughly 10 days.

Q: Will pies be labeled when shipped?

A: Yes, our mouth-watering pies are individually labeled for your convenience.

Q: When is Tee Eva's closed?

A. Tee Eva's is closed all major holidays (see list below). Shipping is not available on these days. If you place an order the day before a holiday please be aware your order will not be processed until the day after the holiday to assure you receive your order fresh.
